Meet the Team

mark-rickard Mark L. Rickard joined Rickard List Marketing in 1995. He took over the reigns as CEO and President in 1997. Mark has a marketing and accounting degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He also completed his law degree at the University of Michigan Law School. After four years as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and six years as a corporate finance lawyer with Latham & Watkins in New York City, Mark could no longer resist the lure of the family business. Mark is a former board member of the Long Island Direct Marketing Association and has spoken on the list business in front of a number of organizations and as part of the NYU Direct Marketing Seminar Course. jennifer-rickard Jennifer L. Rickard is our COO and Executive Vice President and has been overseeing all aspects of the direct marketing operations of the company for the last fourteen of her more than twenty years with the company. She is the Director of our list brokerage group and is responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of our most enduring list brokerage client relationships. marinne-palumbo Marianne Palumbo is a Director in our List Brokerage Group. She has been with Rickard List Marketing since 1996. Her primary responsibilities are in our consumer list brokerage department, but she also has excelled in our list management group by generating sales for our managed consumer lists. amy-seyler Amy Seyler is Director of Media Planning. She joined Rickard in 2004 and has a strong background in education marketing, including early education, K-12 and higher education. Amy uses her more than 20 years of industry experience to help clients in all methods of marketing — direct mail, email, package inserts, e-newsletter sponsorships, digital and print advertising research and placement, and more. She specializes in focusing on cost-effective means to help clients achieve their marketing objectives. Amy’s expertise includes various areas of business-to-business marketing, as well as fundraising, publishing, catalog marketing, and consumer marketing. Christine Pelczar is Vice President, Strategic Sales. She joined Rickard in March of 2014 to head up our data driven digital sales team. Chris brings with her a 20+ year track record of generating revenue, increasing conversion and optimizing campaign performance for her clients. Her expertise helps marketers improve acquisition and retention strategies with an integrated approach toward increased ROI. At Rickard she is charged with bridging the gap between online and offline data to achieve customer connections. Ray Raymond Tognella is Director of Operations.  Ray joined Rickard in May of 2015.  He started his List/Data career 15 years ago as a sales rep at Mokrynski & Associates.  Since then he has built his formidable list management sales and operations career with stops at ALC (lastly as VP and Director of Operations for Tarrytown’s Data Management division), Donorbase (Sales Manager for their Cross Member Model program) and on the digital side with Keono (Digital Sales Manager).  Ray handles the day to day operations and sales responsibilities for our list management products, files and clients.  He also has a cool moonlighting gig as an owner and instructor at Luna Baseball/Softball Academy.  rtognella@rickard2.com or 631-249-8710 x3704
