Mark L. Rickard

Mark L. Rickard joined Rickard List Marketing in 1995. He took over the reigns as CEO and President in 1997. Mark has a marketing and accounting degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He also completed his law degree at the University of Michigan Law School. After four years as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and six years as a corporate finance lawyer with Latham & Watkins in New York City, Mark could no longer resist the lure of the family business. Mark is a member of the Data & Marketing Association and a former board member of the Direct Marketing Association Long Island where he was honored for outstanding contributions to the organization. He has also been a guest speaker for a number of organizations and as part of the NYU Direct Marketing Seminar Course. When he is not working, Mark dedicates his time as a board member of the American Heart Association.

Jennifer L. Rickard

Jennifer L. Rickard is our COO and Executive Vice President. She is a Villanova University Alum and has been overseeing all aspects of the direct marketing operations of the company for most of her 30 year tenure. Jennifer started out as an administrative assistant and quickly grew into a larger role dealing directly with the clients; many of whom are still with us today. Jennifer wears many hats and is responsible for the creation, development and care of our new and existing client relationships. She maintains that honesty, hard work and a good sense of humor have been the hallmarks of her father’s legacy and will continue to push R2 into the future. jrickard@rickard2.com or 631-820-3703

Marianne Palumbo

Marianne Palumbo is a Director in our List Brokerage Group. She began her career at Multimode working on the production end of the list business. Rickard was growing rapidly and when Marianne interviewed in 1996, she was hired on the spot. Marianne’s enthusiastic, creative, and determined nature earned her reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction in this service based business. Her primary responsibilities are in our consumer list brokerage department consulting, putting together mail plans, analysis, negotiating and implementation. Marianne was the first recipient of the Arlene Greenbaum Spirit Award given by American List Counsel for the person who epitomizes all of the positive attributes of an outstanding broker.

Amy Seyler

Amy Seyler is Director of Media Planning. She began her career at MGI where she developed her strong background in education marketing, including early education, K-12 and higher education. Amy decided to leave Virginia for the sunny beaches in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Luckily for us, technology had evolved so that it was easy to have Amy work remotely. She joined Rickard in 2004 and continues her legacy as our in-house education guru. Amy uses her more than 20 years of industry experience to help clients in all methods of marketing — direct mail, email, re-targeting, display, e-newsletter sponsorships, digital and print advertising research and placement, and more. She specializes in focusing on cost-effective means to help clients achieve their marketing objectives. Amy’s expertise includes various areas of education marketing including merchandise, conferences, continuing education, online degrees, publishing, seminars as well as business-to-business marketing, fundraising, publishing, catalog marketing, and consumer marketing. Amy is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and in the process of earning her black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Christine Pelczar

Christine Pelczar is Vice President, Strategic Sales. She joined Rickard in March of 2014 to head up our data driven digital sales team. Chris brings with her a 20+ year track record of generating revenue, increasing conversion and optimizing campaign performance for her clients which run the gamut of major brands. Her expertise helps marketers improve acquisition and retention strategies with an integrated approach toward increased ROI. At Rickard2 she is charged with bridging the gap between online and offline data to achieve customer connections. Chris’ perpetually positive attitude and her ability to make things happen have allowed her to blossom in her short tenure at Rickard2.
